About the desk
Access Desk Review covers one narrow, badly served subject: getting into a trading account and staying in it. Sign-in routes, password recovery, verification codes, blocked accounts, look-alike login pages. The questions people search at the worst possible moment, when the balance is on the other side of a screen that will not let them through.
The desk started because that material is usually written by whoever wants the click, not by anyone who has thought about what a reader actually needs at that point. A login guide that opens with a bonus offer is not a login guide.
How the guides are written
Every page here is built the same way. Volatile platform details come from the operator's own published pages and nowhere else, and each one is checked at the time of writing. Anything the operator does not publish is written as a question you should answer inside your own account, not as a fact we assert on its behalf. That means you will read sentences like "look for this in security settings" rather than a confident claim about a feature nobody outside the platform can confirm.
We do not run accounts, place trades or measure execution. There is no test lab behind this site and we will not pretend otherwise. What the desk offers is an evaluation framework: what to check, in what order, and how to tell a real answer from a plausible one.
What you will not find
- Invented figures. If a number is not on the operator's own pages, it is written as a range or left out.
- Claims that a platform is licensed, banned or approved anywhere. We explain what a foreign licence does and does not give you, and leave the reader better equipped rather than more certain than the evidence allows.
- Risk written away. Trading can lose you money, and no guide on this site will phrase that softly enough to make you forget it.
